Absolutely amazing. She bakes them prior so when you put your toppings you just have to put them in the oven (or wherever you want you could do air fryer or toaster oven) to melt the cheese and warm the toppings. Having them already baked helps the. Not be soggy. They have a nice crust while still being soft and they have the tang of a sourdough. Absolutely delicious!!
