Custom Order Terms & Information
Request Form Reminder
Submitting this form is simply a request and does not guarantee availability. All custom orders must be approved and invoiced before they are officially booked.
Pricing
- Custom order minimum: $215 for one flavor.
- Additional flavors: +$50 per flavor.
- Prices listed are starting points. Special ingredients, unique packaging, or specific design requests may increase the final total.
Booking & Payment
- I require 7 days’ notice after payment to complete custom orders.
- Payment is due when the invoice is sent. Your order is only confirmed once payment is made.
- The 7-day lead time begins once the invoice is paid, not when the form is submitted.
Rush Orders
- Need it sooner? Orders due within 7 days include a $50 rush fee.
- If payment is made inside the 7-day window, the rush fee will automatically be added and must be paid before any baking begins.
Changes & Cancellations
- Changes (date, quantity, flavor) should be made before payment. Once paid, adjustments may not be possible.
- Cancellations more than 7 days before pickup may receive a partial refund (minus any already-purchased ingredients or supplies).
- Cancellations within 7 days of the due date are non-refundable.
Pickup & Storage
- Please plan to pick up your order at the agreed-upon time. Late pickups may impact freshness or quality.
- Once your order leaves my hands, I can’t be responsible for damage or storage issues.
Allergy Notice
Because I bake in a home kitchen where common allergens may be present, allergen-specific requests cannot be accommodated.

By submitting a request or paying an invoice, you agree to all terms listed above.
