Absolutely amazing. She bakes them prior so when you put your toppings you just have to put them in the oven (or wherever you want you could do air fryer or toaster oven) to melt the cheese and warm the toppings. Having them already baked helps the. Not be soggy. They have a nice crust while still being soft and they have the tang of a sourdough. Absolutely delicious!!

The English Muffins are superior to any store bought brand. They freeze well and toast up as if you got them the same day. Delicious!

The sourdough adds the perfect addition to the sweetness giving these rolls a flavor balance unlike other cinnamon rolls that can be overly sweet. Soft and fluffy, they bring back the best of memories from my grandmothers kitchen.

This bread is delicious. It toasts up perfectly, stores in the fridge for at least a week without issue and tastes great.
